Great experience

I recently joined the Managers Mic Podcast with Paul Leon as a guest, and I genuinely loved the experience.

Paul is incredibly thoughtful in how he leads the conversation — prepared, curious, and focused on pulling out insights that actually matter. It didn’t feel transactional at all; it felt like a real conversation with purpose.
