Marc Hildebrand

Marc Hildebrand is the founder of Modern Leadership Coaching, an Amazon international bestselling author, and a 20-year LAPD Sergeant. After two decades leading under pressure, Marc lost 100 pounds and rebuilt how he showed up at work and at home, which taught him that lasting change does not start with more discipline. It starts by making the belief underneath the behavior visible. He now trains coaches and leaders to see the chain connecting Reality, Perspective, Emotion, Response, and Results. He lives in California with his wife Teresa and their two sons.
