My podcast appearance with Paul L. was great. We covered some sensitive topics that are not often talked about in my own line of work and he made it easy and engaging throughout.Paul has a relaxed style that comes across but still offers up meaningful questions to address that made my time on his show worthwhile to me.I wish Paul much success into the future with his podcast endeavors as I know he will continue to do well and exceed the expectations of his guests.

I have benefited from Paul Leon's podcast both as a guest and listener. Paul asks good, insightful questions that get to the heart of the challenges and opportunities leaders face today. And he does so in a very conversational way, which puts his guest at ease and it makes for an easy listen too. The Manager's Mic is a great way to stay on top of the leadership issues of the day and I recommend it highly to leaders and aspiring leaders who want to continue to grow their skill set.
